Each project begins with building evaluation,
then advances to master planning, design, construction documentation,
and finally culminates in the construction of the project. The Architect
has been the prime consultant to the Client to this point, and it
is essential that the Architect be the prime administrator of the
construction phase. His role continues to be vital in making the
necessary interpretations of the documents and advising the Client
on the many decisions that are inevitable when two dimensional documents
are used to construct a three dimensional result, over a segment
of time. |
